MLB.com Says
News: Top prospects Tatis, Urias sent to Minors camp

Analysis: Tatis, the game's No. 2 shortstop prospect and No. 8 prospect overall according to MLB Pipeline, was batting .281 (9-for-32) with a .469 slugging percentage in Cactus League play. The son of former Major Leaguer Fernando Tatis has been lauded for his bat speed and ability to make adjustments at the plate, as well as his ability to make highlight-reel plays in the field. Urias, the game's No. 2 prospect at second base and the No. 36 prospect overall, leaves Major League camp having batted .286 (8-for-28) with a .464 slugging percentage and five doubles. Signed out of the Mexican League in 2013, Urias is seen as having an advanced knowledge of the strike zone and impressive bat-to-ball skills. "The upside is there," manager Andy Green said of Tatis and Urias on Tuesday. "They're impressive young players. Neither one is a finished product. There's a lot to like in both of them and still a lot of work."

4/1: Call to the Pen- San Diego Padres: Eric Hosmer right fit as cleanup hitter (Wed, 01 Apr 2020 12:42:28 -0400)
Although the cleanup hitter is usually a team's best power hitter, it would be the perfect place for the San Diego Padres to slot Eric Hosmer. Traditionally, teams want their greatest slugger hitting in the cleanup spot. Two players with strong on base skills and respectable speed take up the

There’s obviously involvement from above in
